General Terms and Refund Policy :  Dear Visitor, our Firm undertakes any assignment of work or project for you on the terms, which will be included in the Letter of Engagement to be signed between us for each client’s specific requirements. No other term, or condition can be included in our cooperation agreement apart from what is expressly agreed therein. We strive to offer you excellent, professional, fast and efficient services all the way. The content of our website is for information purposes only. It is not intended to be acted upon. Although we strive to keep the content up to date and professional in all cases it is possible that some parts of it may not be updated.

Our Firm was first established in 1979 by Barrister Evgenios Erotokritou. Our Firm offers legal and corporate services since with great success. Our refund policy is that, if the project for which you have retained us is well under way, no refund is possible if you want to discontinue. In other cases, a refund is possible, after deduction of a fair sum for time consumed.
